We are restocked on most coffees now. Low on Central American coffee though.

Getting used to not having the Diedrich in the corner. More room for coffee now!

We got this reply from one of the emails that we sent out regarding business growth and coffee availability.
Thanks for sharing your excitement, Pete. I got excited, too, when I read your email. As a retired business man, I fully appreciate it when a door opens promising growth and success, not to mention more profit. Even though your coffee is not the cheapest, I found myself drawn back to your website because of your honesty and enthusiasm.
Something you might not be aware of that you might want to address is your cotton bags. They’re great except they fray out at the inside seams leaving long strings which get into the beans and into the roaster. Maybe your supplier can fix this problem for you and for me.
Best of luck in your business. You stand out in your field, which is a clear advantage in today’s world.

Barb sent the below order update and comments to a customer serving in the Navy as a Navy Chief (E-7), on board the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Aircraft Carrier currently deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).
The comments for your order are
Tyler,
We have 3 boxes going out to you today; 2 of them each have one of your 5 lb bags along with 4 lbs Coffee for Soldiers, and another has 5 lbs Coffee for Soldiers. Our customers have been generous with the donations, please distribute as you see fit.
Thank you!

And here is Tylers reply!
Barb, Pete
Thank you…
I will distribute amongst the ship upon receipt.
Sure will beat the stuff the ships issues, even though starbucks, not as good as “yours”. What I do is buy 10lbs at a time from you and share with the people I work with, not one complaint and this one kid who works nights seen that the container that I keep the coffee grounds was low thought he was doing us a favor and filled it back up with the ships starbucks. Well when the next pot of coffee was made everyone one knew it was not “your” coffee. I knew right away because I drink it black but I was surprised that even the ones who use flavored creamer knew the difference. That alone says a lot!!!
The starbucks was thrown away……
