We are running a new Pre Order Special!  The last one was a big success, THANK YOU! This really is a way to help each other out, we need coffee and you need to save money, simple business 101 I guess.  I just can’t believe it took me this long to figure it out.

The sale priced coffees are a pre order special. Please place your order now for the coffee, we will pick it up sometime on Wed March 28. As long as I get back in time Wed the UPS and USPS orders will ship Wed any SpeeDee orders will ship Thursday.

Guatemala Antigua Newsletter Sent

As you know we buy the Guatemala Antigua direct from the growers through As Green as It Gets.  I have had a few conversations with them and they will be sending us a few pallets of coffee sometime in March!  It will all be the new crop, just harvested and processed.  For now, we have enough to last until then.

The Roasted And Ready To Ship coffee sure doesn’t stay on the shelf too long!  I am tempted to add more, but I am a stickler for freshness.  I will try to add a few more onto it in the future, so watch that section for some savings for you roasted coffee customers!

Also notice that we have a dark roasted Single Origin Espresso roast with this coffee too, good for any brewing method, but it’s really great brewed as a shot of espresso!

Rwanda Coffee Special Newsletter Sent Twice

This is kind of a Coffee Of The Week!  Sale ends Jan 21 2012.

Well I will apologize right here and now for any extra emails sent today.  I am still working out the kinks with the new server settings.  It  was bouncing my own emails back to my bounce handling software and goofing things up.  I had the host set the settings higher to send when I want it to.  I just had to start my bounce count over so I didn’t lose any contacts that want the newsletter.  And for those of you who did not get it here you go….

We got this Rwanda in last month and the feedback coming in is great!   I know I have said “wow” a few times during the quality control cupping I do! The Rwanda special is listed to expire Jan 21 2012.

In the newsletter,( towards the bottom) I was trying to explain why deer hunting posts may show up in my business Social Networks, Twitter and Facebook.  I guess I explained too much to too many people!  I am sorry if the deer hunting mentions offended you.  Enough said.  For those of you who did not get to read the Newsletter I am posting it below.  I am allowing comments on this post.  What do you think?

Fresh Roasted Coffee For Thanksgiving Dinner

I know our family Thanksgiving Dinner is not complete without a few pots brewed before dinner as well as a couple pots to have with all the Pie after dinner! Not to mention my early morning before going deer hunting coffee.  Since you are getting this email, would I be safe to assume your house is similar?  Going to Grandmas?  Have coffee sent to Grandmas! Unless she already orders Our Coffee Barn coffee.  You can store up to 100 or more address’s in your account on Our Coffee Barn, more on this in a later email.

Our Midwest customers who use Spee Dee know it is usually just 1 day in transit, roasted Monday delivered Tuesday! The USPS is also pretty fast nation wide, roasted and shipped Monday, delivered Wed or Thursday.  So the closer you are to Wisconsin the faster you get your Fresh Roasted Coffee!

Deer Hunting

I have found myself posting to Twitter and on Facebook about deer hunting.  I do not intend to shy away from a very deep rich tradition of deer hunting in my family and really the entire state of Wisconsin.  I just have so much of what I do online inter connected that my personal and business life kind of merge into one on the Social networks.  If you are a deer hunter you understand and good luck to you.  If you are not a hunter, please try to understand my point as best you can.

It would be kinda neat to get some pictures from Deer Camp, or like us, home. We hunt within walking distance of the house, with some of Our Coffee Barn coffee in the picture!  If I get some I will post them on the blog!  I might even post some deer pictures on a separate page of the blog.

Coffee Availability

I just checked our Importers offerings and they have 300 bags of Tanzania Peaberry scheduled to leave Africa in January 2012.  For now, they do have some Tanzania Coffee, but it is NOT Peaberry.  I do have a VERY limited supply, I was kinda hording for family members, if they don’t want it I may list it for sale after Thanksgiving.

Wholesale Quantities

I also have large sized wholesale listings as separate listings.  I needed to do this for inventory level control when inventory gets low. They are separated into Green and Roasted sections.
